Refund policy
Non-final sale items may be returned within 30 days of shipment if they are in their original, unopened packaging and in new condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds may incur a credit processing fee of up to 3%. Final sale items (including made-to-order items, items with custom finishes, markdown, and discontinued products) cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
To request a return, sign-in to your account and visit the Orders page. Even if you did not sign up for an account, you may still view your order and request a return using the email address you provided at checkout. One of our team members will contact you with return shipping details and instructions. Additional information and documentation may be required. Refunds will generally be processed within 3-4 business days of receipt at our warehouse in order to allow for inspection and processing.
NOTE: Please do not ship items prior to receiving return authorization and instructions, as some items may be returned to a facility other than their point of origin.
