Wayne originally hails from New Jersey, and spent his formative years in the Northeast. Wayne's connection to the world of barbering runs deep, as he was immersed in it from a young age. With his mother and sister-in-law both working as hair professionals, Wayne often found himself in the salon, soaking in the vibrant and creative atmosphere. His fascination with the art of hairstyling and the sense of community in the salon made a lasting impression on him, even though he didn't initially plan to become a barber.

Wayne spent most of his 20s as a musician in New York City. His musical journey introduced him to the interplay of music and style, sparking his interest in the transformational power of hair. Eventually, he transitioned to a full-time career in cutting hair, driven by a passion to help clients express themselves and feel their best. Wayne's approach is characterized by precision, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to understanding his clients' needs.
